Friendliness of staff and dedication to serve.
Did not have room service or a hotel restaurant, but the hotel delivered my food/order from a nearby restaurant directly to my room. They even brought up the menu directly to my room, took my order, brought back the food and change.

Very efficient receptionists, we booked a triple room and first were given a double room with an extra bed, then changed it into a spacious triple room with a sofa, very substantial breakfast, though qiute pricey.
we liked everything, will certainly stay there again.

Not a fan of the poor maintenance in the bathroom facilities!!! Room lighting issues made it hard to unwind at night!!!

The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of a wide tree-lined avenue. There were boutiques and shops around the hotel. I ate at a very nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Private bathroom was fairly clean.

It was a spacious room and bathroom for 3 people. The room itself had a calm effect on us especially after a big day round the city. We were able to access the internet which made it very helpful to get things done.

Excellent location.
No service trays.... And very expensive tea / coffee!! Also very slow service throughout. Our room was not ready till 3:30, as a result of which we missed our trip to the louvre and ended up wasting an entire day! Very poor speed of service.

I have been staying periodically at the Roosevelt since 1979, previously only on business trips. This was a personal journey, to take my wife and share the ambience of this terrific Hotel. It never disappoints. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triumph, fantastic shopping and wonderful restaurants. Price is on the high side, but there is no point penny pinching for this location n Paris
